V Festiwal Filmów Odpowiedzialnych „17 Celów” ma charakter konkursu najlepszych krótkich form filmowych, w tym filmów promocyjnych i reklamowych. Nie mogą one trwać dłużej niż pięć minut i muszą dotyczyć takich problemów, jak ubóstwo, zdrowie, edukacja, równość płci, dostęp do wody i energii, a także wzrost ekonomiczny, przemysł, infrastruktura itp. Na Festiwal zgłoszono 65 filmów, natomiast poza konkursem organizatorzy pokażą trzy wybitne filmy dokumentalne. Podczas imprezy zaprezentowany zostanie również m.in. film o „wielkopolskich klunkrach”. Na uwagę zasługują też panele z zaproszonymi ekspertami. Punktualnie o 17.17 każdego zaprezentowanych zostanie kilka filmów konkursowych. Widzowie będą mogli internetowo zagłosować na film, który najbardziej się im spodobał. W zeszłym roku główną nagrodę otrzymał ten film:
.Organizatorem Festiwalu jest Fundacja „Res Severa”, a współorganizatorem Samorząd Województwa Wielkopolskiego. Impreza odbędzie się w dniach od 10 do 17 września.
